WE ARE HIRING SENIOR MANAGER RISK

Generic Role Description:

Manage the development and implementation of a comprehensive risk management framework, encompassing risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and real-time monitoring dashboards.
Assist senior management in defining and implementing the organization’s vision, supporting operationalization and clear, focused communication of strategy.
Oversee investment risk across equity, fixed income, and advisory portfolios to ensure alignment with client objectives and risk constraints.
Advise senior management on key investment risks; propose risk mitigation actions and escalate issues as needed. Report risk and investment limit breaches to audit & risk committees.
Facilitate reviews and discussions of portfolios with portfolio management teams to understand risks and support objective achievement.
Support product development to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
Contribute to investment process through data-driven opinion on risk management in portfolios.
Address system deficiencies that may affect investment or AUM returns. Partner with tech and risk teams to develop risk analytics and modeling tools.
Implement GIPS-compliant periodic presentation for NBP Funds.
Automate risk processes for operational efficiency.

Desirable Education, Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

Strong market, investment, and operational risk knowledge within an investment management environment.
Quantitative/risk-based education; professional qualifications like CFA/ACCA are highly desirable.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills with strategic thinking.
Experience in system integration and process building.
Experience: 5-7 years.
