1. Position: Wing Head – Cash Management Sales (South) (VP)
- Reporting to: Divisional Head – Cash Management Division
- Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation from an HEC-recognized university
- Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications preferred
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of banking experience, with at least 6 years in cash management/transaction banking
- Skills & Knowledge Required:
- Strong understanding of corporate & investment banking products
- Knowledge of digital payment solutions, fintech, ERP integrations
- Excellent relationship management & regulatory knowledge
- Responsibilities:
- Account Coverage: Implement strategy, maintain key relationships, and drive business growth
- Business Development: Work with other banking functions to increase cross-sell and revenue generation
- Risk Management: Ensure policy compliance and monitor fraud risks
- Regulatory Compliance: Keep updated on banking regulations
- Place of Posting: Karachi
2. Position: Unit Head – Trade Finance (AVP)
- Reporting to: Wing Head – Trade Finance South
- Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation from an HEC-recognized university
- Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications preferred
- Experience:
- Minimum 8 years in banking, with at least 5 years in Trade Finance/Client Handling
- Skills & Knowledge Required:
- Strong analytical & structuring skills
- Excellent relationship management and trade product knowledge
- Understanding of UCP, URR, URC, ISBP, SBP regulations
- Responsibilities:
- Trade Sales & Services: Expand trade business, manage client coverage, and collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Business Development: Develop regional trade business, analyze client needs, and ensure revenue growth
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to SBP & international trade regulations
- Place of Posting: Karachi
3. Position: Officer – Analytics (OG-II / OG-I)
- Reporting to: Regional Manager – Reporting & Analysis
- Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation from an HEC-recognized university
- Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications preferred
- Experience:
- Minimum 03 years in banking analytics
- Skills & Knowledge Required:
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports & market insights
- Support business planning and decision-making
- Assist in HR-related analysis and coordinate with compliance teams
- Place of Posting: Islamabad
