National Archives of Pakistan invites applications from the interested and eligible candidates to fill the following vacant posts on contract basis for its development of project titled “Strengthening & Modernizing National Archives of Pakistan”.

Deputy Director (IT) (PPS-8)	Second Class or grade ‘C’ Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent from a University recognized by HEC. 05 Years experience in designing/installation/troubleshooting and maintenance of Network.
Deputy Director (IT) (PPS-8)
Data Entry Operator (PPS-5)	2nd class or Grade “C” Bachelor’s Degree in computer /IT
Mender–Binder (PPS-2)	Intermediate
Cataloguer-Classifier (PPS-03)	Intermediate with Certificate in Library Science from institutions recognized and notified by the Ministry of Education.
Driver (PPS-01)	Matriculate with valid Driving License
Record Sorter (PPS-01)	Middle

Terms and conditions are as under –

Applications along with attested required documents must reach the office of undersigned within 15 days from the date of publication of advertisement.
All above posts are on contract basis and no claim will be entertained for regularization on the part of selected candidates in future.
Age limit is inclusive of 05 years general age relaxation Rules and further age relaxation will be granted as per Government applicable policy.
All appointments shall be made in according with the prevailing Recruitment Rules/Policy of the Federal Government.
Age will be calculated with effect from the closing date of submitting application.
Eligibility of candidates will be determined on the basis of his/her academic qualification as given against each post.
A candidate can apply for more than one post by applying separately for each post.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/ interview.
Candidates shall present original documents along with set of attested copies of all the relevant documents at the time of interview.
Incomplete applications/applications received after due date shall not be entertained.
No TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose of test/interview.
The Department of National Archives of Pakistan reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process in part or whole increase/decrease the number of vacancies at any stage without assigning any reason
