Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Key Responsibilities:
As an MTO in HR, you will:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
- Support HR operations, including payroll, attendance, and compliance.
