Position: Assistant Manager Production Planning – Export
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end production plans for Yarn, Fabric, Weaving, Processing, and Stitching.
- Coordinate with Production, Marketing, Procurement, and Merchandising teams.
- Convert customer orders into actionable production plans and optimize order allocation.
- Ensure timely availability of accessories and trims (buttons, zippers, labels).
- Monitor planned vs. actual performance (KPIs: efficiency, capacity, quality, and delivery).
- Drive cost optimization via machine utilization and waste reduction.
- Implement Lean manufacturing, line balancing, and SMV optimization.
- Utilize ERP and MIS systems for tracking, forecasting, and analysis.
- Share weekly reports highlighting any deviations from the plan.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferable) in Textile, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience: 6–8 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge: Strong command of production planning and scheduling systems.
