Requirements
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics.
- Experience: 4–6 years in Regulatory Compliance, Risk & Compliance, or Internal/External Audit within the financial sector will be preferred.

JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Lead and manage regulatory compliance activities in line with State Bank of Pakistan regulations.
- Act as a focal point for coordination with regulators on compliance matters.
- Oversee preparation, review, and submission of regulatory reports.
- Monitor transactions and ensure compliance with AML/CFT requirements.
- Supervise due diligence onboarding (KYC/CDD) processes.
- Track, manage, and ensure timely closure of regulatory observations and audit findings.
- Develop and maintain compliance dashboards and MIS reporting, using Excel and other tools.
- Identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
