Job Responsibilities:-
- Manage end to end recruitment cycle.
- Sourcing, CV shortlisting, schedule interviews, manage correspondence & liaison with candidates.
- Participate in job fairs, recruitment drives & create liaison with career placement cells.
- Coordinate and facilitate hiring managers on their respective hiring(s) flawlessly.
- Employee engagements
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Coordinate HR activities (meetings, training, surveys, celebrations, crew etc.) and take minutes of meetings.
- Manage onboarding / off-boarding of international employees.
- Handling all employee enquiries & grievances
