Position: Assistant Manager Administration
Location: Karachi

This position will be responsible to deal with all the Administration jobs at Head Office and other offices in Karachi which includes Repair & Maintenance, Housekeeping, Disposal of Scrape, other General Administrative assignments and supervising Admin Staff.

Required Skills

Administration:

• Supervising overall administration function. Review of Requisitions, take analysis and processing PRs for ordering.
• Minimize advance payment, submission of timely invoices and coordinating with verification & Accounts Department.
• Looking into issues like Housekeeping & Office Maintenance.
• Arrangement & management of Transport Facility for Female workers.
• Office Fumigations, availability of Utility & Drinking Water, Fuel Cards Management, Generators, Lifts etc.
• Responsible for developing and implementing Workplace Safety & Security.
• Execute/ Perform tasks to be assigned by the Senior Manager and Head of Admin & Security time to time.

Protocol:

• Arrange Travel and accommodation for employees and company guest.
• Research, negotiate and secure rate with airlines, car rental companies and hotels.
• Receive and respond to incoming travel requests on behalf of the organization via calls and emails.
• Research and resolve all incorrect charges with respected to entire travel program.
• Keeping Facilitation Desk active 24/7 when ever needed.

Qualification: Graduate preferably Masters
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years
Age: Up to 40 Years
