EDUCATION : B.Com/BBA or equivalent required

EXPERIENCE : 3-5 years in customs clearance

SKILLS

Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures (import & export), particularly in the Telecom industry
Ability to develop innovative procedures to reduce paperwork and enhance communication between customers and customs officials
Up-to-date knowledge of customs’ laws and regulation

LOCATION: Islamabad, Pakistan

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure timely clearance of import and export shipments at Islamabad Airport
Maintain strong follow-ups with customs officials and customers to avoid delays
Provide customers with updated customs information and guidance
Resolve customs audit queries and customer concerns efficiently
Coordinate with other branches to ensure smooth clearance of shipments at the Islamabad station

WE ARE HIRING ADMIN OFFICER

EDUCATION : BBA/MBA

EXPERIENCE : Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role

SKILLS

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and scheduling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding¹ of IT systems and troubleshooting to manage office equipment and collaborate with IT teams
Knowledge of legal regulations related to office administration, health and safety, labor laws, and compliance requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage office space and Guesthouse, including ensuring proper maintenance, cleanliness, and security of the premises
Petty cash management and reimbursements
Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies (long haul trucks, warehouse, fixed assets insurance etc.)
Maintain accurate records of insurance documents and communicate with insurance providers to address any issues or updates
Provide IT services to office staff
