Education & Experience: Bachelors or Masters preferably in Marketing or Supply Chain Management discipline with minimum 4 to 5 years of Freight Forwarding Sales experience in Im-port & Export.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and grow Freight Forwarding services (both imports and exports).
• Achieving an agreeable target every year.
• Generate leads, set appointments and present business proposals to potential customers through various communication channels, including: face to face meetings, telephone calls, emails, etc.
• Responsible for handling profitability & yield Management.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Position: Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding

Education & Experience
• Bachelors or Masters preferably with Marketing or Supply Chain background.
• 4-5 years hands on sales experience to handle both import/export products.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for liaising directly with customers & ven-dors
• Create customer centric solutions by utilizing our port-folio of services.
• Responsible for developing a plan to achieve sales target. • Manage customer expectations and provide an excel-lent customer service experience. • Ensure commitments to clients are met, working with internal operations groups and following through on commitments.
• Demonstrate in-depth industry knowledge with the ability to identify, anticipate, understand and respond to client needs promptly.

Position: CSD Executive – Freight Forwarding
Education & Experience
• Bachelors with 3-4 years experience in CSD role, People Management, coordination with customers, vendors and counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales co-ordination and sales support of assigned sales team for FF product Shipments. • Maintain records for new and on-board customers.
• Responsible for the assigned existing, targeted & dormant clients.
• Negotiate rates and tariffs with carriers and associate offices to make quotations for import and export busi-ness.
• Follow up with the existing customers, Sales support role, communication with customers and counter-parts.
• Provide support to sales team.
