Job Description: we are looking for coordinators for our Fleet Control Room operations to oversee, monitor and facilitate the supply chain operations of the entire trucking.

Key responsibilities include:

Placement of vehicles according to orders
Monitor vehicle movements and make sure that they reach the planned destinations on time.
Adhere to company’s transportation Kpi’s
Follow-up and collect log sheets from drivers and enter them into Transport Management System
Coordinate with personnel and drivers to ensure that company’s transportation kpi’s are being met in order to achieve effective monitoring of logistics fleet
Follow up on cargo dispatch and obtain customer confirmation on safe and timely delivery
Vigilant, detail oriented and great with record-keeping and follow-up skills
