Position: Assistant Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing Function in the development and execution of
brand strategies and marketing plans. - Assist in launching new products and managing product lifecycle activities.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends, competitors, and
category performance. - Coordinate with creative agencies for ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-
the-Line) marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales, and Supply –
- Chain for seamless execution of brand initiatives.
- Monitor brand performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a
related field. - 5 – 7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG or
food industry. - Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of marketing tools, digital media, and consumer insights.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
