Job Description: Responsible for performing and controlling the audit cycle including Risk Management and Control
operations, effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations. Identifying the in-scope processes as per the audit plan and developing list of in scope processes and sub processes. Identifying objectives and risk associated with the processes and documenting Risk Assessment Matrix. Performing gap analysis for controls and documenting results in Risk Control Matrix. Developing control testing program, carrying out routine test of control as per Mitchell’s audit plan. Identifying loopholes and recommending risk aversion measures. Maintaining open communication with management and audit committee. Preparing concise and informative audit report to effectively communicate the findings and recommendations to department and senior management of the company.
