SITUATIONS VACANT: Applications are invited from suitable candidates for appointment against the following posts in National Forensics Agency (NFA) project on a contract basis purely on merit, initially till 30th June, 2025 as per detail below:

Project Manager/Digital Forensics Expert:

Qualifications: M.S or M.Phil. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electrical/Electronic/Computer System Engineering. At least 4 years of experience as a notified digital forensics expert.
Experience: Minimum 4 years working experience in a designated lab of federal or provincial government.
Age Limit: 45 years

Senior Scientific Officer (Conventional Forensics):

Qualifications: M.S or M.Phil. in Material Sciences, Forensic Science, or Natural Sciences. At least 4 years of working experience as an analyst with 2 years of experience as in-charge/supervisor of a designated lab.
Experience: Minimum 4 years working experience in a designated lab of federal or provincial government.
Age Limit: 45 years

Scientific Officer (Digital Forensic):

Qualifications: M.S or M.Phil. in Computer Science or Information Technology, or Bachelor in software or Electrical/Electronic/Computer System Engineering.
Experience: Experience in the digital forensics field is required.
Age Limit: 40 years

Assistant Director (Admin):

Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Economics, Commerce, Management Sciences, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, Human Resource Management & Development, or equivalent qualification.
Experience: At least 4 years of working experience in BPS-16 or above in administration and finance field in a public department.
Age Limit: 40 years

All the candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proper security clearance will be obtained for the candidates.
PhD degree holder will be preferred and shall be given a two-year exemption in work experience.
Age will be calculated up to the closing date fixed for the receipt of applications.
Any age relaxation is admissible as per rules. General age relaxation of 5 years is admissible.
After the expiry of the contract on June 30, 2025 or after the promulgation of the proposed NFA Act, whichever is earlier, the officers working in the project will be given the option under the Act and the rules made thereunder to be absorbed in the Agency on their existing terms and conditions or to accept any new terms and conditions offered by the NFA.
Candidates already in Government service or autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel.
Only short-listed candidates will be called for written test/interview.
Incomplete applications and those received after the closing date will not be entertained.
No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in written test/interview.
