Vacancy Positions: The Center of Digital Communication, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Islamabad requires experienced and motivated individuals for appointment against a PSDP PSDF Project “Digital Center of Digital Communication, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting” on following positions purely on contract basis:

Director (Digital)

Pay: PPS-9
No. of Vacancies: 01
Qualification, Experience, & Eligibility Criteria:
- First Class or Grade “C” Master’s degree (18 years of Education) in Computer Science/ Software Engineering, or equivalent degree from HEC recognized local or foreign university.
- 12 years post qualification experience in the field of Information Technology/System Analysis, having a strong understanding of digital and social media channels and analytics.
- Experience in managing projects and teams, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Experience in regularly track and analyze digital analytics data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in public sector will be preferred.
- Maximum Age 46 years

Deputy Director (Operations)

Pay: PPS-8
No. of Vacancies: 01
Qualification, Experience, & Eligibility Criteria:
- First Class or Grade “C” Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science IT or equivalent degree from HEC recognized local or foreign university.

Qualification, Experience, & Eligibility Criteria:
- First Class or Grade “C” Master’s degree (18 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering IT, or equivalent degree from HEC recognized local or foreign university.
- 4 Years post qualification experience in software analysis, design, and development, with a strong understanding of software architecture and development methodologies.
- Maximum Age 35 years

Technical Assistant

Pay: PPS-5
No. of Vacancies: 02
Qualification, Experience, & Eligibility Criteria:
- Second Class or Grade “C” Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Commerce/Arts or equivalent degree from HEC recognized local or foreign university.
- Maximum Age 38 years

Naib Qasid

Pay: PPS-1
No. of Vacancies: 02
Qualification, Experience, & Eligibility Criteria:
- Middle/ Primary
- Maximum Age 18-30 years.

General Terms and Conditions:

All the posts are on contract and will be filled on a purely merit basis.
The initial contract shall be of one year (01) or project tenure.
The posts are purely on merit and place of posting at Islamabad.
Only short listed candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
Ministry reserves the right not to fill the posts or withhold appointment against the advertised post.
Government employees may apply for project posts through proper channel as per rules.
The age relaxation shall be given as per Federal Government rules.

Online Application Form filled improperly, incomplete, without fee submission, and submitted by hand will not be entertained.
Only online filled Application Forms will be entertained. Hand written Application Forms will not be entertained.
Separate Application Form and fee will be submitted in case of applying for more than one category/post.
