We are looking for Senior Manager – Finance
Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Qualifications
- 10 – 12 years of relevant experience ideally in corporate dairy farming or manufacturing concerns
- ACCA (Qualified) OR CMA (Qualified)
Knowledge and skills
- Strong understanding of farm economics, inventory management, and cost accounting principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of tax laws, regulatory compliance, and local financial regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities and Duties To assist in achieving departmental objectives through;
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models for farm operations.
- Oversee cost control strategies, particularly around feed, livestock management, production inputs, and logistics.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies for financing, audits, and compliance.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support decision-making by senior leadership.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to align financial practices with production targets.
