We are looking for Senior Manager – Finance

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Qualifications

10 – 12 years of relevant experience ideally in corporate dairy farming or manufacturing concerns
ACCA (Qualified) OR CMA (Qualified)

Knowledge and skills

Strong understanding of farm economics, inventory management, and cost accounting principles.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of tax laws, regulatory compliance, and local financial regulations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities and Duties To assist in achieving departmental objectives through;

Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models for farm operations.
Oversee cost control strategies, particularly around feed, livestock management, production inputs, and logistics.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning.
Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies for financing, audits, and compliance.
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support decision-making by senior leadership.
Supervise and mentor finance team members to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to align financial practices with production targets.
