This position plays a critical role in strengthening brand presence and accelerating digital maturity across platforms. The incumbent will lead creative strategy, digital execution, and performance-driven marketing while ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute creative services and digital marketing strategy across all channels.
- Oversee brand campaigns, content, design, digital assets, and creative production.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives including social media, paid media, SEO/SEM, and web platforms.
- Establish efficient workflows, quality standards, and governance for creative and digital execution.
- Lead, mentor, and develop creative and digital teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external agencies to deliver high-impact outcomes.
- Track performance and optimize campaigns.
Experience & Profile
- Proven leadership experience in creative services, digital marketing, or brand management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and performance marketing.
- Ability to balance creative excellence with data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in regulated industries (pharma/healthcare/FMCG) is an added advantage.
