Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients and address their needs and concerns.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Â
- In-depth knowledge of the Key Account (LMTs & IMTs) in specific area. Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
