Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from HEC recognized university.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Service Quality (Preferably in Bank)
Desired Skills:
- Responsible for monitoring, measuring and reporting key service indicators and areas of improvement.
- Proficient in providing training to bank staff on Service excellence and FTC
- Skilled in performing in-depth analyses of dissatisfying factors and composing comprehensive reports.
- Capable of implementing service procedures
- Prepared to engage in extensive travel within designated regions and beyond
- Assist line management in assigned tasks
