BS – CS or equivalent from HEC recognized university
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Lahore
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
Minimum 3 to 5 Years of experience in AD channel support, Mobile Banking and Oracle Corporate Internet Banking (OBDX) Operations / support
𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
■ Good understanding of Web Services protocols such as REST, SOAP and API design for extensibility and portability
■ First hand response to OBDX channel queries, coordination with Vendor and Internal departments and IT Team for root cause analysis. Resolution seeking and follow-up of complaints whose resolution delays
■ Participate in process improvement methods, participate in projects as directed by IT management and assist special projects.
■ Conduct Integration and functional testing of Oracle Corporate Internet Banking (OBDX) application.
■ Data Analysis and support for preparation of regulatory reporting as per requirement.
■ Integration / configuration support of Allied systems with Core Banking system to respective departments.
