Regional Sales Manager – South (Business Development Channel – Liability Sales)
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Karachi
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
➡️ To effectively manage – All Cluster Teams of South (Karachi, Hyderabad, Baluchistan, Bahawalpur & Multan)
➡️ Hiring of BDOs and related channel team management
➡️ Monitoring team performances effectively in order to achieve assigned cluster & regional targets
➡️ To improve & manage controls & costing related to BD Channel team management
➡️ To identify opportunities to cross – sell
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from an HEC recognized university
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
Well experienced senior liability sales resource with a minimum of 10 years of relevant service with at least 5-6 years as Cluster Manager / Area Sales Manager and ideally with 2-3 year experience in Regional Sales Manager’s role in the banking sector based at Karachi.
𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
➡️ Team Management and Leadership skills
➡️ Excellent Communication skills
➡️ Training and Development expertise
➡️ Proven track record in achieving sales targets
➡️ Strong understanding of Islamic banking principles is a plus
