Master Motor is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of “Assistant Manager – Spare Parts”.

The Role:

Manage and monitor spare parts inventory to ensure availability and accuracy.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to maintain optimal stock levels.
Analyze spare parts demand and usage patterns for effective forecasting and procurement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory and logistics.
Support after-sales service teams with timely supply and delivery of required parts.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in spare parts management or after-sales operations.
BBA-MBA from a reputed and recognized institute.
Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and ERP systems.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
