Job Title: Assistant Manager Audit (Stock Inventory)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inventory Assistant Manager to oversee and optimize inventory management processes in our FMCG company. The role involves managing inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy, and supporting supply chain efficiency to meet business objectives.
Role Description:
- Oversee daily inventory operations across warehouses and distribution centers.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess.
- Monitor and analyze stock discrepancies, investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures.
- Supervise cycle counts, physical stock audits, and reconciliation processes.
- Prepare and present regular inventory performance reports to senior management.
- Train and guide the inventory team to achieve operational excellence.
Qualification: CA (inter) /ICMA (inter) / ACCA/MBA/MCOM, or a related field.
Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in inventory management or auditing, preferably in the FMCG sector.

- Monitor and verify stock levels, transactions, and discrepancies in inventory systems.
- Collaborate with the warehouse, procurement, and sales teams to ensure accurate stock records.
- Identify and investigate inventory variances and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and industry best practices.
- Generate detailed audit reports and share findings with management.
