VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Position: Patwari / Tapedar – Daharki, Sindh

Duties & Responsibilities:

Land acquisition and administration for oil and gas exploration/production operations.
Conduct field surveys to verify land ownership and boundaries.
Maintain accurate records of land ownership, leases, and agreements.
Coordinate with local authorities, landowners, and community leaders.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
Manage land-related documentation, including NOCs, permits, and licenses.
Resolve land disputes and issues with stakeholders.
Conduct research and analysis on land-related matters.
Provide support for land acquisition, relinquishment, and merger processes.
Maintain liaison with government departments (Revenue, District Administration).

Qualifications:

Patwar Course with Matriculation or equivalent qualification in a related field.
Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Administration.
2-3 years of experience in land administration, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
Knowledge of Sindh land revenue laws, rules, and regulations.
Familiarity with local customs and land ownership structures.
Knowledge of GIS mapping and land information systems is a plus.
Familiarity with local languages (Sindhi, Urdu).
