Organization: Mandi Express (Pvt.) Ltd
Accounts Assistant & Data Entry Specialist-(Day Shift DHA Phase VI)
(Book keeping , Petty Cash , Data Entry & Documentation)
Experience: 2 years (experience of using Google Sheets & Enterprise Software)
Qualification: minimum ICOM Preferably BCOM ( Diploma in IT would be plus)
- Responsible for the input text base and numerical information of different documents and vouchers into the system
- Comply and Verify integrity of data and maintain the database
- Review data for deficiencies or errors and coordinate with the concern departments
- Responsible to protect confidential information at any cost
- Assist Accounts Officer in the Collection of Cash and maintain Petty cash expenses on daily basis
- Bank visit for the deposit of cheques etc.
- Assist Accounts Officer in the Bank Reconciliation
- Assist in Documentation and E-filing
