Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager Communications for its Corporate Communication and Public Affairs Department based in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop communication concepts and strategies
Brainstorm, conceptualise and execute communications initiatives with the Manager CCPA and other relevant stakeholders to build the corporate brand and reputation, in line with the Company strategy.

Leadership Communications: Provide support to the Manager CCPA in strategising, drafting and/or editing communications packages for the Executive Management Team.

Internal Communications

Drive the content and messaging of important internal communications touchpoints.
Create internal communications material, in line with the brand guidelines.
Review communications material created by internal stakeholders;

External Communications:

Support the Manager CCPA to plan, oversee and execute the content and messaging of important external communications touchpoints, in line with Company objectives.
Review communications material created by other stakeholders, where relevant.
Ensure all public information on external touchpoints is relevant and up-to-date.

Budget Management:

Support the compiling, reporting and tracking of departmental budget.
Identify opportunities for cost-saving and optimal utilisation of resources.

Corporate Social Responsibility:

Support the Manager CCPA to plan, oversee and execute Lucky Core Foundation’s CSR strategy.
Explore CSR opportunities and plan and execute Pehchan volunteer activities for corporate brand building and employee engagement.
Develop and maintain monitoring KPIs and impact analysis for each CSR initiative.
Maintain records and manage the disbursement of funds, to ensure timely and accurate payments.

Job Context:

Excellent understanding of communication and messaging in a variety of mediums.
Good grasp of English and Urdu language, and strong writing skills.
Excellent conceptual skills; a strong ability to develop and modify concepts to communicate a variety of key messages across mediums.
Strong visual aesthetic is preferred to better support the development of communications materials.
Strong attention to detail – should be able to proofread, sense-check and fact-check a wide variety of materials.
Good understanding of business/functional requirements and context.
Good stakeholder management abilities and communications skills; should be able to engage effectively and confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to demonstrate subject matter knowledge adequately to function in a consultative capacity for internal stakeholders.
Strong teamwork skills to manage unexpected situations and new projects effectively.
