Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for achieving sales targets of agrochemicals for the entire region in line with the overall business strategy.
Ensure full compliance of the team with the Company’s HSE/Ethics policy, with special focus on product stewardship and road safety in line with business challenges.
Provide regular updates to NSM on new developments and changing trends in the market.
Ensure the effective implementation of the marketing strategy through the team to get the best return on promotional spending.
Develop relationships with customers at the dealer and farmer level, and maintain good relations with related Government departments like Agriculture Extension.
Continuously improve people’s capabilities to deliver business objectives and enhance their engagement levels, while fostering a culture that encourages trust and respect.
Ensure timely and accurate reports/competition information.
Recommend the right customers and ensure timely settlements within defined time limits.
Effectively manage costs related to travel and development expenses, and manage the cost/benefit ratio.

Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Warehouse Manager for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences business in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate shift operations with the warehouse team for smooth business operations
Plan warehouse activities efficiently, making the best use of employees, equipment, and materials while maintaining quality standards
Organise logistics for RMs availability based on the FEFO basis
Responsible for proper documentation of all RM/ Packaging shipments receiving from supplier and external Warehouse
Responsible for preparation and execution of all Warehouse budgeting and expansion plan
Handling of Internal, External, ISO, HSE and Toller Audits and ensuring strict compliance at all levels
Train and develop warehouse supervisors and loaders to minimize handling damage and wastage during production issuances.
Responsible for end to end negotiation for freight with nationwide transporters.
Address and resolve warehouse employee concerns to deliver high resource productivity.
Consolidate monthly physical counts carried by warehouse supervisors and reconcile RM and packaging stocks.
Ensure that all RM and packaging receiving shipments at the warehouse adhere to SOPs with proper documentation.
Regularly inspect the warehouse for HSE and housekeeping issues and raise learning events for immediate action.
Ensure that the warehouse team is equipped with necessary PPEs at all-time within the Warehouse premises.
Train new staff on company guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
