Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager – Maintenance for its Polyester Business based in Sheikhupura.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee routine, medium, and long-term mechanical maintenance activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Company’s HSE, engineering, and ethical standards, providing necessary training to staff to reinforce adherence.
- Lead plant modifications and maintenance improvements to maintain asset integrity, enhance reliability, and support both current operations and long-term business goals.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage revenue, inventory, and capital budgets, controlling expenditures to ensure smooth operations at optimal cost.
- Develop and execute plans for special maintenance activities and shutdowns to improve asset integrity and product quality.
- Oversee contracted services, ensuring projects are completed cost-effectively, on schedule, and in compliance with Company policies and standards.
- Establish work standards and monitor performance while mentoring and developing the maintenance team to maximize productivity.
- Regularly review stock levels, parts specifications, and reorder schedules to meet fixed cost targets and maintain inventory within agreed limits.
