We are hiring for multiple positions for our Head Office, Located in Korangi Industrial Area , Near Brooke’s Chowrangi, Karachi.
1) Junior Purchase Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Sending of PO with follow up and updating of each order/partial order.
• All correspondence pertaining to vendors is organized and maintained immaculately with prompt replies to all emails.
• Ensure all excel records files are maintained and updated properly in presented format.
Requirements:
• BBA in Supply Chain from HEC recognized institute.
• 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain Department, preferably in purchase role.
• Strong command in English (able to communicate and deal with all levels).
• Advance Excel Skills.
2) Internal Auditor:
Responsibilities:
• Prepare reports of audit findings.
• Evaluate financial records, current running software including Inventory along with correct valuation as per prevailing industry SOP’s.
• Perform financial, operational, and compliance audits in accordance with the internal audit program.
• GRN department all document and checking entries in system.
• Cash and Bank reconciliation Audit.
Requirements:
• Must be graduate.
• 1 – 2 years of relevant experience.
• Have a strong grip on Excel.
