ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Manager of Operations oversees the day-to-day operations of the furniture store, ensuring smooth business processes, optimal customer service, and effective inventory management. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational skills to enhance sales, streamline processes, and lead a team toward achieving business goals.

• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, and staff scheduling.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and appealing product displays.
• Implement store policies and procedures to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Oversee inventory levels, ensuring proper stock without over-purchasing.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and manage warehouse logistics.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and manage warehouse product returns.
• Monitor sales performance and guide the team to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute in-store promotions and sales events.
• Lead, train, and motivate sales associates, warehouse staff, and other team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and create development plans for employees.

SALES EXECUTIVE (DAY SHIFT)

QUALIFICATION: BBA or a related field

EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years

LOCATION: DHA RAYA – Lahore

SHIFT: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

SALARY: 50,000 – 55,000 per month

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team for a day shift role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and meeting targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and customer inquiries.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or services to meet those needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Process orders and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
