LAMA Retail a high-street fashion brand is looking for Administrative Assistant having the following:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
Job Role:
- Offer advice to clients on itinerary.
- Follow up with clients about travel plans and make adjustments as needed, including coordinating with the client’s point of contact as the event approaches.
- Research fare and schedule information.
- Describe trips to clients and give details on any documents required, such as passports or visas.
- Make alternative arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.
- Provide any and all relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events) to travelers.
- Manage bookings, coordinate travel plans, make reservations.
- Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings.
- Use connections and networking to build vendor relations.
- Manage and post ads as needed.
- Manage conversations with travelers across all platforms (phone, WhatsApp, social media, email)
- Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds.
Required Skills:
- Strong sales and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English.
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Excellent knowledge of computer reservation computer programs / Microsoft Suite
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Working knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
