Job Opportunity: Business Development Analyst
LAMA is looking for a dedicated Business Development Analyst to assist in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your role will be crucial in driving revenue growth for the company by assisting in business development initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1-Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for business growth. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and other relevant factors to develop a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape.
Develop strategies to generate leads through various channels such as networking, store launches and industry events. Reach out to potential clients and establish initial contact to present the company’s products or services.
2-Create compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to address the specific needs and pain points of potential clients. Collaborate with the internal teams to design solutions that align with client requirements.
3-Assist in negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals while ensuring a win-win situation for both the client and the company. Work on contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements.
4-Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and partners to foster repeat business and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
5-Coordinate with marketing, product development, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment of business development strategies with overall company objectives.
6-Track and report key performance metrics, such as sales targets, conversion rates, and pipeline status. Provide regular updates to the management team on progress and challenges.
7-Prepare dashboards and presentations for decision making by the senior management, as and when solicited.
8-Performs other duties as necessary to support the objectives of LAMA assigned by the company management.
1-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or or a related field.
2-Proven experience of 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably within the retail industry. Fresh profiles can also be considered.
3-Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and negotiation techniques.
4-Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
5-Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for pipeline management.
6-Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
7-Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
8-Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Salary: 55k – 65k
Location: Upper Mall, Head-Office, Lahore
