Job Description: The ideal candidate must:
- Be Responsible for the supervision of General Administration, Renovations, Travel Management and General Procurement.
- Oversees Office Operations and Monitor day to day activities of Support Staff to ensure that all assigned tasks are performed effectively and efficiently.
- Be Responsible for the maintenance and security of all official properties on all locations as per security guidelines and also make these more cost effective.
- Directly interact with vendors and service providers and making it sure that services are on time.
