SITUATION VACANT: Applications are invited from candidates for the following positions mentioned below in Khyber Medical College, Peshawar (MTI). Applicants are advised to read over terms and conditions carefully before applying and shall acknowledge the same.

Qualification & Experience:

Regulations by the policy board for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa MTI Act, 2015 (https://policyboardkp.pk) and PM&DC 2025 (amended time to time) shall apply.

Candidates must submit name, email address, contact number, and designation of at least three referees.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: –

Proceedings/inquiry/misconduct-free applicants shall apply online (mandatory) at https://career.kmc.edu.pk along with complete Resume/CV, CNIC, all attested educational documents, experience certificates, Research Publications, Professional certifications/diploma and other relevant documents duly within FIFTEEN (15) days of the publication of this advertisement. Applicants should deposit fee Rs. 3000/- for each position, as processing fee (non-refundable) in NBP A/C No: IBAN: PK81NBPA0388003048663220 University Campus Branch, Peshawar in favor of Principal KMC Peshawar, applicants can also deposit the due fee over the counter in NBP, University Campus Branch, Account No. NIDA-10-4. A complete job application/covering letter and original deposit slip along-with complete educational documents and experience (where applicable) must be received at the Department of HR & Establishment, KMC through registered courier service only, which should clearly have name of position at the corner of envelope. If the closing date fixed for the receipt of application falls on an official holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the closing date.

Any application/documents received after the closing time and date shall be rejected. No documents will be accepted/changed/replaced once received along with the application. Incomplete applications shall be rejected.

It will be the responsibility of candidates to provide valid equivalency certificate from HEC Pakistan/PMDC/Other regulatory bodies along with the application to justify their academic eligibility for the post to be applied for.

Degree in-progress types of academic certificate shall not be considered.

Experience marks for the relevant experience shall be awarded to only those candidates who provide valid documentary evidence for the claimed relevant experience required for the position applied for. Only post qualification relevant experience will be considered.

Candidates applying for more than one post shall apply separately along with processing fee as mentioned above.

Only shortlisted candidates as per prescribed criteria shall be called for the interview/test.

Services of selected candidates will be governed under the KPK Medical & Teaching Institution Reform Act, 2015 (amended from time to time) and regulations framed thereunder.

In case of employees of Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous & Semi-Autonomous shall apply through Proper Channel (in case of civil servant the applicant shall submit an NOC from his/her parent department along-with the application).

All Civil/Government servants (if selected) or employee of any organization will resign from Civil/Govt./Semi-Government/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous service or from employment of any other organization. No lien or any such relief of any sort shall be acceptable.

All recruitment will be done on merit basis. Therefore, any reason to influence the process will make candidate liable for disqualification in the said selection process.

Any candidate may be disqualified or excluded from the selection process if she/he has been convicted by a court of law or dismissed/terminated/removed from service; and/or Furnishes any false / forged information and /or documents while applying for any post; and /or Suppresses any information which may lead to her /his disqualification from selection; and /or Attempts to influence the selection process in her /his favor or against any other candidate; and/or Misbehaves during the test and/or selection interview.

Original documents should be produced at the time of interview.

The competent authority of MTI KMC shall have the undeniable vested right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the advertisement without providing any reason.

The candidate in case of recommendations, shall not have rights to be appointed unless approved by the competent authority/mere recommendation doesn’t constitute right of appointment.

The candidate in case of appointment, shall receive salary package as approved for initial appointment and No seniority, whatsoever, shall be admissible.
