Who are we looking for?
Master’s degree with specialization in Marketing, Branding or Strategic Communication
- 2–4 years of professional experience in:
- Social Media Management
- Digital Marketing
- Content Strategy
- Community Management
Communication & Branding Strategy & Plans
- Plan & Develop Marketing, Branding & CSR Campaigns
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
- In-depth knowledge of social platforms
- Monitor trends and recommend innovative content ideas
- Analyze audience data to create relevant FAQs and engagement strategies
- Closely monitor the competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities
Implementation of Communication & Branding Plans
- Manage and grow the brand’s presence across all social platforms
- Create, oversee, and publish high-quality, engaging content consistently
- Increase audience engagement and strengthen online community interactions
- Manager Social Media Calendar and Community management to maintain strong audience relationships
- Support third-party integrations where required
Monitoring & Budgeting
- Track performance metrics & optimize content using data insights
- Present regular performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Closely work with the Digital team to plan and execute paid campaigns
- Monitor ROI and effectiveness of organic and paid campaigns
Corporate Advertising & Event Management
- Support promotion of corporate campaigns, CSR initiatives, and events on digital platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams & external partners for campaign amplification
- Manage digital coverage of corporate events and activities
- Enhance visibility of institutional initiatives through targeted social campaigns
Key Skills:
- Strong expertise in social media strategy, campaign planning and audience targeting
- Proven ability to create, manage, and optimize engaging digital content across multiple platforms
- Proficiency in managing Meta, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and TikTok, along with relevant management tools
- Experience in performance tracking, analytics, and data-driven optimization
- Hands-on knowledge of paid social media campaigns, budget management, and lead generation
- Excellent community management, online reputation handling, and crisis communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors for integrated campaigns
