We are hiring! HEAD OF INVESTMENT BANKING
Reporting to: CEO
Location: Clifton, Karachi
AKDSL is seeking an experienced Head of Investment Banking to lead deal origination and execution across capital markets and corporate finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and execute IPOs, capital raising, M&A, and advisory transactions
- Build and manage corporate client relationships
- Ensure compliance with SECP and PS regulations
- Lead and develop the investment banking team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s & CFA / CA or equivalent
- 08-10+ years’ experience in investment banking or capital markets
- Strong deal execution and leadership skills
