Please note: It’s a full-time position based at our Corporate Office – Gulberg Green, Islamabad.

Who are we looking for?

Minimum a Commerce graduate or in related field from an HEC recognized University.
Having minimum 01-year experience of working in CAD /Mortgage/Housing/SME Finance in a financial institution. Exposure to financial services sector (microfinance banking) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Review of Secured Loans

To support Senior Officer-CAD in managing offsite review of secured loan segment as per defined criteria by ensuring completion of collateral/property and loan documents prior loan disbursement.
For all reviewed cases, ensure availability of positive Legal Opinions and satisfactory property valuations for mortgage loans prior go-ahead to branches.
Review requests of subsequent tranches in Housing loans and provide go-ahead to concerned branches for further proceedings after ensuring pre-requisites.
Coordinate with SM-CAD / Legal for day to day branch staff queries regarding completion of loan documentation and mortgage/transfer formalities.
Sharing monthly Staff Loan portfolio report with Payroll Desk to facilitate monthly EMI deduction.
Preparation of Mortgage, Lien, Redemption related communication through letters with concerned authorities.
Documentation preparations and relevant communications for swap and take over cases with other Banks/DFI

Goldsmith Onboarding and record maintenance

Review of goldsmith applications for onboarding, ensure adherence to applicable SOPs.
Maintenance (updation & deletion) of global data base of approved goldsmiths in system T-24.
Sharing list of goldsmiths with branches prior to expiry for renewal.

Audit

Assist Senior Manager-CAD and Unit Head-CAD in observations raised by internal / external audit

Additional Tasks

Any additional tasks assigned by the management relevant to Credit Administration.

Additional Skills:

Excellent communication and MIS skills.
PC-skills and working knowledge of office automation packages and inclined towards working in a technology-driven environment.
Knowledge in back office processing and back office operations.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment. Flexible individual having good social attributes.
