Who are we looking for?
. Preferably Masters in Business/Commerce/Management Sciences/Computer Sciences from an HEC recognized/overseas institute.
. 10+ years of experience with a financial institution in MIS, financial analysis or data analytics
Key Responsibilities:
- MIS Management and Reporting:
Maintain and Optimize MIS Reports to track recovery performance, asset management and operational efficiencies region, areas, branch and staff wise
Automate and enhance existing reporting structures for better data accuracy and visualization
Monitor financial and operational KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Present detailed insights and recommendations to management report based on data trends
Ensure quality support on all matters related to entire function effectively and timely
Monitoring Complaints and ensuring their resolution within defined turn-around time - Strategic and Market Analysis:
Conduct Financial forecasting/Trend analysis to support decision making in for future strategies
Evaluate competitor benchmarks and industry trends to improve recovery framework
Add mathematical/statistical analytical models to find out new patterns in improving collection & recovery
Review Monthly Portfolio Indicator Reports at product/area/branch level to provide an insight related to performance, portfolio quality, issues to carried-out future-Recovery plans
Prepare all the adhoc analysis and presentations for BOD/Management
Monitor Collection/Recovery budgets, forecasts and Cost Management
Staff Monitoring and arranging productive trainings, adding system and infrastructure support for smooth functioning - Business Intelligence and Process Optimization:
Work closely with HR/Finance and all rest functional teams to implement data-driven solutions for process improvement
Integrate advance analytics tools to improve data visualization and real-time reporting
Enhance system automation and database optimization for more efficient MIS operations
Ensure data governance and compliance with regulatory frameworks - Stakeholder Coordination and Performance Monitoring:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and efficient MIS operations
Support cross-functional teams in achieving business objectives through data -driven insights
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, outlining key trends and performance metrices
Ensure timely reporting and effective communication with whole SAM team

Who are we looking for?
Part Qualified CA or CMA or ACCA affiliate or PIPFA members or MBA Finance or M. Com or MA/M.Sc. (Finance or relevant subjects) from a recognized institution.
Fresh candidate or preferably candidate having some experience of Internal Audit in an audit firm, Microfinance/ Commercial bank, large domestic or corporate or multinational organization.
Preference will be given to the candidate having relevant certification(s) like CIA, CISA, CFE, CIMA etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and sampling phase of auditable Branch/Entity/Data.
- Execution of full scope/surprise audits of branches, management audits and special assignments.
- Developing and performing all necessary audit tests/procedures, executable audit programs, control tests, identify audit findings and draft recommendations.
- Keep him/her abreast with the latest audit techniques for inclusion in audit programs and ensure continuous professional development of audit function.
- Maintaining all organizational and professional ethical standards. Independently work under the general direction of the Audit Team Lead / Manger Branch Audit / Chief Internal Auditor with latitude for initiative and independent judgment in areas under review.
- Exercises due professional care in representation of KMBL and Internal Audit Department of KMBL, within and outside the bank by maintaining Integrity and confidentiality of the information.
