Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited is looking for Manager Fraud Investigations for its Corporate Office – ISB.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fraud Case Referral, Database Management and Coordination
To assist In-charge Operational Risk/In-charge Central Fraud & Forgery Desk on daily basis, with the management, administration, investigation and reporting of fraud and forgery issues received at Central Fraud & Forgery Desk.
Ensure that Central Fraud Database is updated and case files are maintained to the appropriate standard;
Coordinate with other departments/business units where needed for the management/closure of reported Fraud &Forgery case. - Fraud Investigation
Assist in Fraud & Forgery investigation/coordinate with Fraud Investigation Team, where needed, to ensure that fraud cases are thoroughly investigated and reported. - Fraud Reporting
To prepare Fraud & Forgery internal /external regulatory reports for review of In-charge Operational Risk and ensure submission of all such reports as per defined frequencies and time frames. - Additional Fraud & Forgery Tasks
Ensure that Fraud &Forgery Policies & Procedures are adequately implemented and to assist in updating the policies/procedures where needed.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management.
Education & Experience:
Preferably a Masters from HEC recognized institute with top quartile grades with specialization in Accounting / Finance & Law.
Should have more than 5 years of relevant experience in banking operations.
Skills:
Must have strong understanding of fraud & forgery concepts & covenants and legal & regularity requirements.
Well versed with industry trends and fraud mitigation options coupled with strong investigation / analytical & reporting skills.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Holds no bars against travel and relocation.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
