Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited is looking for Network Engineer.
Please note that it is on-site full-time position based at our Corporate Office Islamabad.
Education
· Bachelors in IT/Engineering/Computer Science from a reputed HEC recognized / overseas university.
Skills
· In depth knowledge of the network topologies, protocols, tools, and techniques.
· Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving ability.
· Preferable hands on support experience of a mid-sized (100-2000 node) network.
· Experience with a variety of network topologies.
· Network certification (CCNA/PCNSA/NSE) preferred.
Duration and Nature of Previous Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience over LAN/WAN, network devices (switches and routers etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
- Network Operations Monitoring & Support: Maintain branches’ network performance by performing network monitoring, analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting network problems and escalating problems to vendor.
Monitor Corporate Office, APS, ATMs and branches’ connectivity links and ensure redundancy.
Deploy, Manage and Maintain Network equipment i.e. Routers, Firewalls, Switches and Access points.
Secure network by developing VPN, network access control and maintaining documentation.
Coordination with vendors/Service Providers for restoration, deployment, shifting of communication links and passive networking.
Identify, troubleshoot, solve, report and document network connectivity and performance standards.
Resolve trouble tickets in timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Implement information security policies and procedures. - Projects & New Initiatives
Implement the ongoing/upcoming network projects and fulfill the banks existing and future requirements with all security aspects. Apply
Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited is looking for Cluster Manager Operations for its Corporate Office – ISB.
Key Responsibilities
- Branch Operations
a) Lead a team of assigned Area Manager Operations ensuring smooth functioning of branch banking operations.
b) Deploy effective branch banking operations structure, aligned with bank strategy and keep functional oversight.
c) Ensure smooth implementation of changes in branch banking policy and procedures and systems (for branch operations) through respective desks.
d) Provide guidance & support to branch banking operations with regards to policy and procedures, regulations, systems etc.
e) Ensure that complaint resolution SLAs are monitored and effectively managed through branch operations staff.
- Supervision of Area Manager Operations
a) Ensure assigned Area Manager Operations are updated with strategic plans of the bank and ensure their alignment with these plans.
b) Ensure Assigned Area Manager Operations impart training to branch banking operations team on weak operational areas, new products, new system developments and any changes in processes and/or system as applicable.
c) Ensure effective monitoring of assigned Area Manager Operations KPIs through visit reports, planners, and various analysis.
d) Ensure quality feedback to assigned Area Manager Operations on periodic and surprise audit reports related to branch banking operations.
- Compliance
a) Ensure that fraud risks & operational gaps are identified, reported and minimized with the help of control functions.
b) Lead the team to address operational gaps and ensure effectiveness of internal controls, while taking up with relevant control functions for improvements/fixation.
c) Guide & supervise branch banking operations team to address & close audit observations within stipulated timeframe.
d) Collaborate branch audit meetings at corporate office level. Provide feedback for observation correction, fixation and associated control improvement by engaging relevant process/control owners.
- People Management
a) Ensure area operations staff is equipped with the knowledge and skills which minimize operational challenges and/or issues.
b) Assist Manager Branch Operations to make effective score cards /indicators of operations teams to gauge their monthly performance
c) Ensure effective backup planning of key resources to ensure business continuity in a seamless manner.
Required Education & Experience:
Preferably Master degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field from an HEC recognized / overseas University.
For internal candidates, minimum 10 years’ experience of Branch Banking Operations.
For external candidates, 10 years’ experience of branch banking operations with at least 5 years at managerial level with a reputed Commercial or Micro-finance Bank. Apply
