Who are we looking for?

Minimum 16 years of education in business administration, commerce, accounting, economics, finance from HEC recognized/overseas university.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Area Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Planning & Growth

Responsible for accomplishment of area business targets of all KMBL asset products assigned as per approved business plan.
Maintain a good portfolio mix and ensure the portfolio is not concentrated in one product, segment, collateral and market.
Ensure MoM Growth in good performing products.
Grow deposits and maintain ADR maximum to 75%; Identify business opportunities for asset and deposit business products and other financial services and guide the staff downstream in business acquisition and take up with business/marketing team for support required to branches.

Collection & Portfolio Quality

Ensure the monthly achievement of area and branches collection as par Set benchmarks
Ensure all branches/staff comply with required standards of business management excellence by adopting best & ethical practices and operating effectiveness & efficiency.
Visit problematic/High NPL branches more frequently to identify the reasons and update retail management for taking corrective actions

Staff Monitoring, Productivity & Development

Ensure all staff in the branches are achieving performance and productivity benchmarks.
Conduct different productivity analyses and share them regularly with HAB, RBM, BMs, and RMs to bring improvement in specific targeted branches and up to LO level.
Review audit & compliance reports, identify area of improvement and take practical action for improvement.

Budget & Profitability Management

Maximize revenue generation, contain service delivery cost and ensure area profitability through sustainable business growth & controlled expense management against allocated budgets.
