Who are we looking for?
- Preferably Masters’ degree in CE/CS from an HEC recognized / overseas University.
- Certification in networking and / or relevant professional certification such as CCNA/MCSE is highly desirable.
- At least 7 years proven experience of managing LAN/WAN in medium to large-sized organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- The position requires assorted services from implementation to administration of the local/wide area network.
- Install, administer and troubleshoot network-related systems, software and computer equipment at the Corporate Office and across bank’s branch network.
- Enforcement of applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures and will assist the IT Infrastructure Manager in implementing and administrating a country-wide WAN.
- Prepare and develop meaningful MIS to review network efficiency.
- Develop and deploy network solution for new customer requirements.
- Coordinate systems development, installation and implementation and troubleshoot user support requests.

Who are we looking for?
- Minimum Bachelors in Information Technology or Computer Science from a HEC recognized/overseas university.
- Have a minimum of 5 years plus working experience with ATM Switching, Host interfacing, Card Switch systems, ATMs and Card System Interfaces in a similar environment.
- Experience on IRIS-5, ATM Framework (T24 Host), PayPay EMV, HSM and interfacing with IRIS APIs will have preference.
- Well experience with ISO 8583 & NDC message formats and transactions flows.
- Have good knowledge of ATM Switch, Host, ATMs, POS, UBPS and related ADC payment technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Production systems (ADC Services) are up and running with optimal performance and smooth business operations.
- Ensure that the functionality deployed in production servers executes smoothly.
- Take appropriate action to anticipate, investigate and resolve problems in related systems and services.
- Implement related application upgrades or changes to the Switch and ATMs for performance, security or business benefits.
- Supervise technical support for the Switch and the devices connected to the switch – namely HSM, Host, ATM Machines and OnUs/OffUs payment channels.
- Administrate the configuration and tuning of Interfaces between 1Link Network and Connected Partners Networks.
- Conduct all types of Card / ATM / POS related POC / SIT / UAT for all enhancements and new systems.
- Managing CIF files and end-to-end Card production process.
- Maintain and manage system configurations and transactions logs.
- Coordinate the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures to ensure that the issues once encountered are not repeated.
- Comply proper application controls including change management is in place according to the compliance and audit (internal and external).
- Evaluate and execute system enhancement, Change request, related reporting and data extract requests from business users.
- Take responsibility for own workload and keep others informed, highlighting potential problems and suggesting solutions to ensure continuity of systems & services (Card Switch System, Host, ATMs, 1Link and UBPS & connected Channels).
