We’re hiring for the position of Manager Maintenance
Location: Lahore
Department: Maintenance
Qualification :
- Minimum Bachelor’s in Electrical/ instrumentation Engineering.
Experience :
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in the same Field.
Job Description :
- Conduct walk-throughs and visually assess the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of the restaurants related mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and any other related equipment.
- Verify completion of all routine maintenance work.Â
- Verify completion of all repairs, replacements, and renovation projects in offices and employee work areas.
- Assist in hiring, training, supervising, and disciplining department staff and all other staff under the direction of the Department Head.
- Adhere to all corporate-required purchasing policies and controls, including, but not limited to, all outside contractor bids, budgets, and schedules. Follow the prescribed safety procedures for personnel and equipment as outlined by the company.Â
- Maintain effective Energy Management and Preventive Maintenance programs and conduct special training for other operating departments on the safe and efficient use of equipment and energy in the offices and restaurants.Â
- Inform the supervisor regularly about the specific and overall condition of the building structures, related systems, and equipment, offering prudent and cost-effective proposals for maintaining these systems. Access and input information into a computer and generate reports.
