We’re hiring an AVP-Technical to lead proactive maintenance strategies and optimize machinery performance in our Socks and Towel operations. If you’re a hands-on expert with a sharp strategic vision, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead technical operations across socks and towel manufacturing units, ensuring optimal equipment reliability, uptime, and performance.
- Oversee machine lifecycle management, including preventive maintenance, major overhauls, and implementation of cost-effective repair & replacement strategies.
- Drive a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence, fostering accountability & continuous improvement within the technical team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality assurance, & production planning teams to align technical efforts with business KPIs & production targets.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduation, BS, BSC (Textile Engineering in relevant field)
- Experience: 10 years within socks and towel manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, control mechanisms, & textile machinery operations.
- Proven track record in aligning maintenance strategies with production goals to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Skilled in team leadership, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and performance reporting for operational excellence.

We’re hiring an AVP-Quality to lead quality excellence with strategic vision and hands-on leadership, driving global compliance, robust quality strategies, and continuous process optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for the QMS/TQM, aligning quality goals with business objectives.
- Oversee quality governance across raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance according to National & International standards, as well as specific customer requirements.
- Champion customer-focused quality by resolving issues and enhancing satisfaction.
- Lead RCA and CAPA initiatives to drive continuous improvement and defect reduction.
- Strategically ensure internal/external audits and third-party inspections for consistent compliance.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing, data-driven Quality team.
- Utilize digital tools and analytics for real-time quality monitoring and reporting.
- Promote sustainability and innovation in quality systems and practices.
Requirements:
- Education: Master/Graduation or BSc (Textile Engineering in relevant field)
- Experience: 10 years within socks and towel manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of textile processes, defect analysis, and international quality standards.
- Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience working with global buyers and third-party audits is highly desirable.
- Must have proven record of implementing and sustaining IE, Lean, Six Sigma and other quality management best practices.
