Job Purpose:To review the cases received by CRMC based on the “Trade Receivable Write-off Policy & Procedure” policy.
Responsibilities:
- To critically review the write-off cases received by CRMC verified as eligible for write-off
- To review and determine that dues of a specific consumer fall under the eligibility criteria as defined by the policy
- To review and determine whether the evidence provided leads to the conclusion that the dues are non-recoverable as per the policy.
- To determine that the evidence provided corroborates with the conclusion reached to by the IBC and Compliance
- To ensure that approval as per the mandate provided have been made
- To ensure that all necessary documentary evidence is provided to justify the case as a write-off
- Where cases are to be rejected, adequate justification is provided as per the policy
- To ensure adequate documentation is made and retained in accordance with best audit practices.
- To prepare summary reports for approval by Section and Department Head
Qualification: CA intermediate (upto Module D) with 3 years post articles experience / ACCA qualified with 1 year Post training experience / ACCA finalist with 3 years post training experience
Skills:
- Good in using SAP ISU
- MS office
- Thorough understanding of billing and its related processes Apply
