JS Investments Limited is looking for an experienced professional to fill the position of Assistant Manager – Settlement.
Job Description:
- Define all TFCs, T-bills, PIBs into ERP system.
- Enter money market transactions in ERP system.
- Make settlement instruction of money market.
- Verify trade sheets received from Investment Department with brokers.
- To enter trades/transactions of assigned Funds in ERP System.
- Correspondence with Trustee, broker, counterparty, and Bank regarding money market Deals.
- Correspond with CDC regarding account holding of all funds.
- Execute trade confirmation procedures.
- Maintain NCCPL & Trustee files for assigned funds
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Masters’s degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:
- Undertake all correspondence within and outside the institution in relation to Fund Accounting.
- Ensuring accurate and timely announcement of Net Asset Value prices of the assigned funds.
- To ensure that the Management & Regulatory reporting’s are carried out within the stipulated time frame.
- Review systems and procedures of the department regarding fund accounting and identify needs for improvements through various systems generated MIS and reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors of respective funds and ensure completion of financial reports and audit reports.
Education & Experience:
- MBA/ CA / ICMA / ACCA
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience preferably from the financial industry
