JS Investments Limited is looking for a young motivated individual to fill the position of Associate – Customer Experience Unit.
Job Description:
- Contacting existing clients via outbound calls to deepen relationships and increase investments
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities and promoting additional products or services to existing clients
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Collaborating with other departments to provide comprehensive solutions to client inquiries or issues
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide clients with accurate and relevant information
- Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly performance targets and objectives
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.
- Fresh to 1 year of working experience.
