We are currently looking for an energetic resource for summer internship who would be responsible for providing support in general administration and ensuring smooth running of the day to day operations in order to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

This position reports directly to HR & Admin Manager and shall be based in Lahore.

Duties and responsibilities

Provide support in administrative activities by coordinating day to day operations to ensure smooth running of business.
Monitor office maintenance, provision of utilities, office supplies and other facilities by coordinating with support staff.
Assist HR Manager in operational decision making by updating data performing analysis and generating reports related to consumable stocks, expenses and fuel usage.
Act as single point of contact for screening calls and visitors, answer routine questions and furnish information as per Jotun standard to ensure that JOTUN is perceived as a professional organization.
Responsible for payment of office utility bills, mobile bills and other office expenses as well as maintaining records of the same.
Organize all aspects of travel including hotel accommodation, visas, other required documents, travelling mediums in a cost effective manner; produce itineraries optimizing time and resources.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Business Administration
Proficient ICT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
