𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦

• Make 100+ calls per day to customers to collect feedback
• Record and maintain customer feedback in MS Excel
• Document reasons for customer dissatisfaction (if any)
• Share important customer issues with reporting manager
• Prepare weekly feedback reports highlighting major/repeated issues
• Prepare and submit monthly CSAT & DSAT reports
• Coordinate with technical teams when required

• Basic technical knowledge of solar products
• Good command of MS Excel (data entry & reporting)
• Strong communication (speaking, listening, writing)
• Strong report-making skills and understanding of reports
• Ability to handle high call volume and work in a target-based environment
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:

The Channel Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and expanding the sub-dealer network for solar inverters and batteries, driving secondary sales, improving market penetration, and strengthening brand presence across the assigned region.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Manage and grow existing sub-dealers for solar inverters & batteries
  • Onboard new sub-dealers to expand channel coverage in the region
  • Drive secondary sales and improve product penetration at sub-dealer level
  • Collect real-time market data including inverter prices, sales volumes, and fast-moving models (ITEL & competing brands)
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, schemes, and market share
  • Plan and execute BTL activities (branding, POSM, shop visibility, activations)
  • Work closely with sub-dealers to generate higher sales through planning, schemes, and execution support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and installers
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales & market intelligence reports with insights and action points

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in solar inverters / batteries
  • Strong understanding of regional dealer & installer market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork
  • Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools
