𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Training Manager

Location: Lahore (with travel to Karachi & Islamabad)
Experience: 2–3 years in the solar, power, or energy sector
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- External Installer Training (60%)
Develop and deliver training programs for solar installers (inverters, batteries, panels).
Use both online and offline methods (workshops, videos, Q&A).
Improve training based on feedback and performance metrics.
Collaborate with local distributors and support installer certification. - Internal Technical Team Training (30%)
Identify skill gaps and create training plans for support engineers.
Develop internal resources and bring in experts for advanced sessions.
Evaluate training effectiveness through practical assessments and customer feedback. - Coordination & Data (10%)
Work with other departments to align training with business goals.
Maintain training records, evaluations, and improvement data.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Bachelor’s in Electrical, Energy, or Mechanical Engineering.
3+ years’ experience in technical training (solar/energy sector).
Strong in Urdu and English; Chinese is a plus.
Skilled in training design, communication, and project management.
Willing to travel within Pakistan (1–2 times/month).
